We are looking for a Machining Supervisor to lead, coordinate, and optimize production activities in machining processes, ensuring safety, quality, on-time delivery, and operational efficiency. This professional will play an essential role in organizing the department’s daily routine, supporting the technical team, and interfacing with engineering, maintenance, quality, production planning, and logistics. The role requires solid experience in turning, milling, drilling, grinding, and mechanical adjustments, as well as the ability to interpret technical drawings, define production priorities, and ensure the proper use of machines, tools, and measuring instruments.
The Machining Supervisor will be responsible for assigning tasks, monitoring performance indicators, identifying production bottlenecks, and implementing continuous improvements on the shop floor. This person will also support process standardization, reduce waste, control setup times, and promote best practices in organization, cleanliness, and safety. The ideal candidate is expected to work closely with the team, develop operators, provide technical guidance, and strengthen a culture of operational discipline and execution excellence.
In addition to production management, the position requires close attention to the quality of machined parts, compliance with technical specifications, and traceability of produced batches. The professional will monitor inspections, address nonconformities, collaborate on root cause analysis, and propose corrective and preventive actions. It will also be important to ensure the availability of the resources required for operations, including tooling, fixtures, raw materials, and proper equipment conditions.
We are seeking someone with strong leadership, analytical thinking, a sense of urgency, and the ability to make decisions in an industrial environment. Clear communication, organization, and a results-driven mindset will be essential to align the team with company goals and maintain productivity with a high technical standard. Experience in manufacturing environments, reading production orders, process control, and people management will be highly valued.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who want to work in a dynamic, technical, and continuous-improvement-oriented environment, contributing directly to industrial performance and to the delivery of products with precision, reliability, and quality.
